Our services cover water connections at a residential, commercial, and industrial level. Upon
understanding your requirements, we can work on the best solution to ensure a safe a reliable
connection from your premises to the water distribution network. We provide end-to-end
services as we are responsible for design, construction, maintenance and billing.
This document presents water, wastewater and recycled water tariffs to be
applicable in NEOM starting from March 14, 2021. Until such time NEOM has
its own laws, regulations and procedures, the regulations of
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will apply
In compliance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. (763)
dated 30/11/1441 AH regarding the fees of water transmission imposed
on governmental, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors who
require water services, the following connection fees apply:

Tariff on all customers, fees are as follows:

To enhance water security, sustainability, and livability, we supply recycled water that has been treated to
a high quality for beneficial purposes such as irrigation-agriculture, irrigation-landscaping, future greening
projects as well as for construction purposes including earth compaction, dust suppression, and land
preparation uses. IN NEOM WE DO NOT WASTEWATER.
